The main objective of this study is to develop Himlayan: A Web-based Platform for Departed Loved Ones to improve the management of cemetery records, lot mapping, and visitor information. Many local communities still rely on manual methods in handling cemetery records, which often result in misplaced files, difficulty in locating burial sites, and slow processing of information for both administrators and families. To address these concerns, a descriptive research design was used in the study, with a survey questionnaire serving as the main tool for collecting data from system users. The feedback gathered from the respondents helped determine how well the system performs in terms of functionality, usability, and overall effectiveness. The system was evaluated based on the Software Quality Characteristics outlined in ISO 9126, focusing on functionality, reliability, usability, and efficiency to assess its performance and suitability for user needs. The findings of this study may serve as a basis for future improvements, including the possible development of a mobile application, enhanced search features, automated notifications, and further enhancement of the cemetery mapping functions.
