This study presents the development of the Gabrielian Online Academic Learning System (GOALS) for the College of Computer Studies at Colegio de San Gabriel Arcangel (CDSGA). The main objective of the system is to provide a centralized platform that organizes academic requirements, manages submission deadlines, and tracks student performance to bridge the gap between traditional classroom instruction and digital accessibility. It addresses the challenges of disorganized task tracking, difficulty in monitoring academic standing, and the absence of a unified digital hub for course materials and real-time communication. The system features specialized modules for task monitoring to help students manage pending requirements, a deadline management tool for instructors to streamline submission schedules, and subject-based organization for easier document access. Furthermore, it includes a performance monitoring page that allows students to view their grades and a centralized distribution page for uniform access to academic activities. To evaluate the system's performance, the ISO 9126 Software Quality Model was used. This model assessed software quality in terms of functionality, reliability, usability, and efficiency, with the system achieving an overall weighted mean of 4.47, indicating that it meets high quality standards and effectively supports the academic needs of the institution.
