Abstract

The purpose of this program is to make residential communities easier to manage and more enhanced. Thus, with a single digital platform for homeowners, administrators, and service providers, this tries to manage the growing modern housing management. There are many e-tools in this program, which are going to gear up ways of communication, automate routine tasks for more hassle-free operation of affairs in communities, etc. e-HOMES offers facilities to process payments for dues and fees online, manage documents in a paperless manner, and communicate ably through announcements and interaction between residents. The system also includes maintenance request tracking, facility booking, and security management services to ease all the required services through a user-friendly interface. e-HOMES is meant to create a more organized, connected, and harmonious environment to live in. Reduction in manual processes and increased information flows gives the manager a chance to manage the properties in an effective manner while providing residents with convenience in the access to services. The e-HOMES model is ushered to bring significant change in community management, which would be more beneficial, satisfactory to its residents, and also the processes more sustainable and efficient.
