The primary objective of this study was to develop and implement the Government Employees Enrichment Korner (GEEK) System, a web-based training notification portal aimed at improving communication, profiling, and document submission processes at the New Government Center (NGC) of San Jose del Monte, Bulacan. Despite the rise of digital innovations, government offices often remain dependent on paper-based workflows, resulting in delays, inefficiencies, and diminished employee productivity. Addressing these challenges, the GEEK System was designed and developed using HTML, CSS, PHP, and MySQL technologies. Key features include secure login authentication, role-based user profiling, employee management, real-time notifications, content management, and automated report generation. The descriptive method of research was employed. Survey questionnaires, interviews, and system demonstrations were used to gather evaluation data from 15 participants: employees, HR personnel, department heads, administrators, and technical staff. The system was assessed using ISO 9126 Standards, focusing on Functionality, Reliability, Usability, and Efficiency.
