Development and Implementation of a Repository for the Center for Publication, Research, and Innovation (CPRI) of Colegio De San Gabriel Arcangel (CDSGA) focused on creating a desktop application for storing, accessing or preserving research work and also monitoring for research outputs. The system gave help to maintain, preserve undergraduate and graduate thesis, therefore, this system is the tool that will also help to find the documents, in the easiest and fastest way by searching the file name of certain documents. Therefore, as we stated having a desktop application repository of research related activities is an important part of the school and office of the research administrator to provide proper information or facility for the students and faculty members in accomplishing their research proposals and projects. The research can serve as the educational resource for the researchers, students, teachers, faculty, staff, and especially for the research administrator. It can be used as a reference for learning and teaching purposes. This promotes the sharing of knowledge to a wider audience, including other researchers, students, teachers, admins, faculty, staff and the research administrator.
