This research project aims to implement an online reservation system for the Colegio de San Gabriel Arcangel (CDSGA) Hotel. The online reservation system will be available for the users 24/7 to check for available rooms, see more information, and book instantly. Backed with knowledge in creating a software, the researchers have developed an online reservation system through the use of a website that can make the lives of guests easier when booking in CDSGA Hotel. Some features included in the system are: Secured online bookings and payments, automated confirmation emails, user-friendly experience, automated inventory management, booking detail organization, and reporting function. The online reservation system will improve the reservation process for guests, improve operational efficiency and lead to a better guest experience. A Descriptive Method of research is used, making use of survey questionnaires to collect data for the respondents, which features a blend of students from the CTHM Department of Colegio de San Gabriel Arcangel and guests who want to try and experience the CDSGA Hotel. The reservation system is guided using the Software Quality Characteristics and Attributes, also known as ISO 9126. The system uses the following key characteristics: Functionality and Usability. Other characteristics were not used as this is difficult to measure by the respondents.
