Abstract

The primary goal of this research is to create a valid and efficient smart tenant rental management system under the Caliwan Smart Tenant Rental Properties project. Since its establishment, conventional rental property management practices have not developed much to address the needs of increasingly technology-oriented tenants and the call for efficiency by property owners. As technology has progressed, especially with advancements in automation, digital communication, and smart home technology, the researcher designed a computerized platform known as the Caliwan Smart Tenant System (CSTS) for streamlining rental processes, tracking property status, and improving overall tenant experience. CSTS is an epitome of the fundamental features of a smooth smart rental management system, accessed through a web interface or a mobile platform.
