The main objective of this research is to develop an assessment tool that would recommend college programs to Senior High School students of Colegio de San Gabriel Arcangel. Since its establishment in 1993, the institution may find danger in program mismatching of their students that may lead to college program switching or stopping their studies altogether, leading to a short college journey. With the knowledge of software development, the researchers have developed an assessment tool through the use of a website that may help unsure Senior High School students of Colegio de San Gabriel Arcangel to lead them to a proper college program. The system is featured with a login page, a registration page, an introduction page to the assessment, the assessment proper, and the recommendation page where the top college programs are recommended to the student being assessed. The Likert Scale is being used in the assessment to rate statements that pertain to their interests and skills, then three, or more in case of a tie, college programs will be given out by the system for students to consider. Students may only answer the assessment once to avoid unnecessary retakes. A Descriptive Method of research is used, making use of survey questionnaires to collect data for the respondents, specifically the Senior High School students of Colegio de San Gabriel. The assessment tool is guided using the Software Quality Characteristics and Attributes, also known as ISO 9126. The system uses the following key characteristics: Functionality, Reliability, Usability, Efficiency. Portability and Maintainability were not used as this is difficult to measure by the respondents. This is to ensure a proper working website while improving its main features and purpose.
