The growing need for efficient access to research highlights the importance of modernizing academic archiving systems. At Colegio de San Gabriel Arcangel (CDSGA), research outputs such as student theses serve as valuable academic references that support current and future studies. Despite their importance, these materials are often managed through traditional archiving methods that rely on physical storage, making access and retrieval time-consuming and inefficient. This study addresses these challenges by proposing the development of a Virtual Research Studies Archive with AI Chatbot Assistance. The system introduces a web-based repository that ensures organized storage, systematic categorization, and quick retrieval of research documents. With the integration of an Artificial Intelligence chatbot, the platform offers interactive support by helping researchers locate relevant studies, generate concise summaries, and explore related topics. By combining advanced search capabilities with intelligent assistance, the proposed system aims to enhance research accessibility, improve academic resource management, and promote innovation within CDSGA's academic community.
