The main objective of the study is to develop a review tool for Grade 3 pupils of Colegio de San Gabriel Arcangel. Giving the background and exposure to computer operations and programming, the researcher developed a web-based review tool an Science learning application to have a review tool a grade 3 pupils where they can look back the topic that discussed to them. The qualitative method of research was used. Specifically, survey questionnaires were used in the collection of data from the respondents Grade 3 Science teacher. The Science Learning Application: A Web-based Review Tool for Grade 3 Pupils of Colegio de San Gabriel Arcangel is designed in this project to have a review tool a grade 3 pupils where they can look back the topic that discussed to them. The goals of our system are to assist pupils and teachers by providing a reviewer tool so that the instructor can see when a student is weak in a certain area and then discuss it with the pupil or have the pupil re-watch and reassess the video.
