The main objective of this study is to develop a desktop-based Management Information System that can make business and financial transactions effective and efficient when it comes to tracking and computing financial and transactional business. The researchers developed a desktop-based Management Information System called N & C Herbs and Spices Management Information System. This system was developed to give assistance and to be evaluated by the specialists to see if the system is working properly. Quantitative research was used. Specifically, a Google Form was used in the collection of data from the respondents, namely the specialists who will determine the credibility of the system. Interviews were also conducted to collect more data for further development. The information entered into the instrument was drawn from ISO 9126 Standards for Evaluation of Software Quality, particularly metrics on Functionality, Reliability, Usability, and Efficiency. The metrics for Portability and Maintainability were not included as these were hard to measure by the respondents.
