Abstract

This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of a developed QR Code System designed to improve the verification and monitoring of drivers in the Minuyan Tricycle Operators and Drivers Association (TODA). The system was created to address challenges such as manual record-keeping, inefficient monitoring, and the lack of a reliable verification process for both drivers and their compliance. By integrating a digital solution using QR codes, the system provides a secure, real-time, and accurate platform for administrative use. The evaluation focused on four key criteria: Functionality, Reliability, Usability, and Efficiency. Feedback was collected from respondents using structured questionnaires after demonstrating the system's features. Respondents rated their satisfaction and system performance based on actual use and observation.
